BTU Meters - System-10

The System-10 BTU Meter is a highly accurate microprocessor-based instrument designed to provide full energy, flow and temperature data both at the front panel LCD and over an optional serial network interface. The System-10 is also available with optional analog output signals for energy, flow and temperature. The System-10 is the ideal choice for networking to control systems with the availability of LONWORKS®, MODBUS®, Johnson Controls-N2, Siemens-P1 and BACnet® interface cards.

BTU Meters - System-30

The System-30 provides highly accurate thermal energy measurement in chilled water, hot water and condenser water systems based on signal inputs from two integral, matched temperature sensors and an integral ONICON inline turbine meter. This compact system is designed to provide totalized energy for low rates from 0.8 to 38 gpm. The totalized output is available as a solid state dry contact closure. Each System-30 is factory calibrated and comes complete with all installation hardware.

BTU Meters - System-40

The System-40 provides highly accurate thermal energy measurement in chilled water, hot water or condenser water systems. It is provided as a complete meter and includes a matched pair of platinum RTD temperature sensors and an integral inline ultrasonic flow sensor. It is available for use in ½” through 2” piping systems with flow rates ranging from 0.03 to 70 GPM.

The native BACnet® MS/TP version of the meter communicates energy, flow and temperature data directly to the network. This version also provides 3 auxiliary pulse inputs for totalizing the pulse outputs from external devices such as water, natural gas or electric meters. Pulse totals are accumulated in internal registers and then transmitted to the network. These totals are also available on the built-in display.

A pulse output version of the System-40 is also available. This version of the meter is provided with dry contact pulse outputs for totalizing energy and volume.

Arrow Hunter PLUS - Portable BTU Energy Flowmeter

The ECHO Arrow Hunter Plus range of non-invasive flowmeters utilize transit-time ultrasonic technology for the accurate flow measurement of clean or dirty liquids and liquefied gases in full pipes. The AH+BTU is a single source Portable Thermal Energy Meter with Class A certified insertion or clamp-on temperature sensors and precise flow for a complete Energy Measurement Solution. This meter will monitor off-peak, extremely low flows down to 0.03 ft/s.
